How does upcycling materialize at Pilhaouer?
All our items are one-offs made by hand from second-hand t-shirts, all with different shades and details. So our products are unique. The piece you receive will have the same size, the same shade of color, and the same crochet stitch as in the photo, but it will never be exactly the same.
Where is Pilhaouer made?
All Pilhaouer products are designed in our studio in Montreuil (93100) or Morlaix (29600) and manufactured between Ile-de-France and Bretagne.
How do I care for Pilhaouer products?
For cords crocheted in mixed materials, we recommend hand-washing to extend the garment's life, and line-drying. If you have any other questions, please contact hello@pilhaouer.com.

What are the payment options?
We accept international debit and credit cards, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.
Can't make your payment?
If you're having problems, first check that the card number and expiry date are correct. If the problem persists, contact your bank, which may have blocked your purchase for security reasons. You may need to use another payment option.

What is your return policy?
Our return policy is 14 days and items must be returned in their original condition. In addition, you must inform us within this period and ship the items as soon as we have approved the request.
Do you offer exchanges?
No, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to modify an item, please follow the returns process and make a new purchase with the desired item(s).
How do I return an item?
Returns are organized and paid for by the customer. Pilhaouer is not responsible for the return package, so we strongly recommend that you use a traceable shipping service with insurance.
Can I come back in person?
Yes, please contact hello@pilhaouer.com to arrange a meeting with our returns team.
What should I do if my items are damaged or faulty?
If you have a problem with a faulty or damaged item, please contact hello@pilhaouer.com immediately with your order details and images of the faulty product.
